All photography sessions require a non-refundable 50% retainer at the time of booking to secure your session, balance must be paid in full before session. Payment should be made via Direct Deposit or PayPal. Booking is confirmed following processed payment.

For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

When a client arrives more than 20 minutes late or failure to attend a shoot at the agreed time, photographer will end the session at the previously scheduled time. The rescheduling of a new shoot time will be subject to photographer's standard fees.

Photo prints are NOT included in any photo package. Prints are available at an additional cost that should be paid for either at time of booking or placing the order.

The copyright of all photographs is owned by S. Archer Photography, we, the client, give S. Archer Photography permission to use any image of photo sessions for any general marketing purpose of S. Archer Photography. Photographer is entitled to use any image produced for example, presentations, editorials, digital and print marketing, social media platforms, websites or display purposes.

All images included in your package are delivered via a private online gallery within 1-2 weeks (depending on the type of session). Delivery for additional prints or any other additional orders may vary and will be advised at time of booking.

The photographer has full creative control to professionally retouch all images photographed according to her personal style, unless stated otherwise by client. RAW photos are not delivered to clients, as they are a misrepresentation of the photographer’s work. We want you to get the best photos possible, and to do that takes time, careful selection, and skilled editing which are all included in the price you pay for the photo services. Think quality vs quantity.

After 6 months from your session S. Archer Photography will not be responsible for storing your image files. Please download and back up your photos as soon as you receive them.

Available for travel worldwide with an additional travel fee. Arrangements for tickets and accommodations must be discussed with the photographer before booking.

The copyright of any and all photographs belongs to S. Archer Photography. Full rights to all images are subjected to an additional fee.
